A: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, cancellations are not possible due to automatic production.

A: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or offer a solution right away.

A: Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item sent), we’ll gladly make it right.
