Use this request to invite Dr. Tracy A. Allen to speak at your event. Dr. Allen is an author, retired U.S. Army Officer, and mental health professional whose message blends faith, resilience, leadership, and lived truth with warmth and clarity. This request allows you to submit key details so we can: confirm availability for your requested date and time understand your audience and event goals recommend the best format (keynote, workshop, panel, book talk, Q&A) outline next steps for approval, agreement, and invoicing Speaking formats may include: Keynote, workshop, panel discussion, women’s group session, book talk/reading + Q&A. Important: Submitting a request does not confirm your event. Requests are reviewed and must be approved. If approved, an invoice will be sent to secure your date (30% deposit; remaining balance due by invoice deadline).


Cancellation Policy

Speaking Booking Policy (Dr. Tracy A. Allen) Thank you for your interest in booking Dr. Tracy A. Allen. Requests & Confirmation: Submitting a Speaking Engagement Request does not confirm an event. Engagements are confirmed only after written approval and payment of the required deposit. Payment: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date/time. The remaining 70% is due by the deadline on the invoice (typically prior to the event unless agreed in writing). Rescheduling: One reschedule is allowed (subject to availability) if requested as early as possible and within 60 days. Additional reschedules may require a fee. Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur additional charges based on preparation completed and scheduling impact. Timing: Events must stay within the scheduled time. Additional time requested may be billed, subject to availability. Travel (In-Person): Travel fees may apply outside the local area and will be included on the invoice when applicable. Virtual Events: The booking party is responsible for the platform/link unless otherwise arranged. A/V & Support: The booking party provides necessary audio/visual equipment (mic recommended for groups) and a point-of-contact on event day. Books & Signing (Optional): If book sales/signing are included, quantity, delivery deadlines, and setup needs must be arranged in advance (table/space provided by the venue/host). By submitting a request and completing payment once invoiced, you agree to this policy.
